Last weekend I met up with Pui Shan and James in Hampton for their pre-wedding shoot. For those who follow the blog, you’ll remember I was here the other week for the pre-wedding shoot of Jason & Jacqueline. Well, the weather conditions could not have been more different! The night before saw some pretty significant snow and after a terrifying 6 hour trip back from a wedding in Derby the night before (more from that coming soon), I was glad to find that the roads were clear but that we still had a bit of snow to play around with.
James and Pui Shan are getting married at the Landmark Hotel later this year and it was nice to have a walk and chat through future plans. This area has a wealth of photographic opportunity and for this shoot we explored the tow path towards Kingston and the parkland behind Hampton Court Palace. We got some lovely shots of the two of them which we followed up with a coffee and a slice of courgette cake (yes, I did say courgette cake, no, I have never heard of it before either but it was delicious!). I’m really looking forward to their wedding later this year, and not just because I am getting to photograph James and his pre-wedding challenges!!
