At the end of August I was lucky enough to photograph Jo and Mark’s wedding at Gorse Hill near Woking. As well as their wedding, there was the added party element of celebrating a move out to Australia a couple of days after their wedding.
I’ve not been to Gorse Hill before, it’s a lovely venue just outside of Woking. A beautiful country house with lovely secluded grounds, perfect for that special day. The ceremony went smoothly and afterwards the guests all headed out to make the most of some late August sunshine on the veranda.
The room for the wedding breakfast looked stunning, lots of elegant touches made it really special. Once in there were a series of great speeches before everyone enjoyed a fantastic meal.
After a cake cutting and a chance for everyone to have a mingle and a chat, the first dance kicked off a busy evening on the dance floor, lots of people having a great time – it was lovely to see!
